Hi @Ludwich

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Bluetooth issue.

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

While you respond to that, try these steps -

Step 1 Run Bluetooth troubleshooter -

1) Select the Start  button, then select Settings  > Update & security  > Troubleshoot.

2) Under "Find and fix other problems", select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.

Step 2 Reinstall the Bluetooth drivers -

1) Right click on the start or Windows icon and open Device Manager.

2) Expand Network Adapter.

3) Right click on the Bluetooth drivers and click on uninstall.

4) Restart the computer.

After reboot, follow these steps -

1) Go back to Device manager.
2) Click on the Bluetooth drop down.
3) Right-click on your Bluetooth Adapter choose Properties.
4) Go to the Power Management Tab.
5) Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
