problemas con el lector de huellas

The fingerprint reader does not recognize me (if I can enter with my password), apparently it was deactivated, but when I wanted to activate it again, it sent me the error "WE COULD NOT FIND A FINGERPRINT SCANNER COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS HELLO FINGERPRINT"
