I bought a zbook some years back and after wards ordered the wwan card and installed it. recently i tested inserting 4 different sim cards from 4 different providers and the onboard card reader does not pick up the card. The wwan card is working properly as can bee seen by the details below which was copied from the system settings. I also checked in device manager. Any assistance would be appreciated.
