"Wireless Display Supported" Not Showing - HP Envy 15t

I' recently upgraded my HP Envy 15t-k000 from a Broadcom 1x1 wireless card to the Intel 7260 AC wireless card.  It works, but part of the reason why I bought the new card was its support for Wireless Display.  I am trying to connect to an Amazon Fire TV stick, but it won't work (not able to add the device from "connect to a wireless display".  Wireless display to the Fire Stick works from another laptop I have that runs Windows 10, so it's something on this machine.

I know I meet the HW/OS specs for Miracast: 

  Windows 8.1 64-bit

  Intel 7260-AC Wireless Card  - latest driver version:18.33.17.1
  Intel HD Graphics 4600 - latest driver version: 10.18.14.5067

I've run a "dxdiag" and miracast says it's supported (output for DxDiag "Display" is at the end). 

The STRANGE thing is that I knew I needed to upgrade my wifi card for wireless display to work because of the "netsh wlan show drivers" command.  Previously, it clearly stated "Wireless Display Supported" was a "No".  Strangely, after upgrading the card, this line is NOT DISPLAYED AT ALL.  Here is the output below.  Please help me troubleshoot this issue!!  Am I using the right drivers?  Magical command I'm missing??
