HP EliteBook 840 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This happened after IT pushed windows 10 2H20 upgrade.

Now from device manager, I don't have bluetooth icon any more.

Instead, I see these two devices

1. Base system device:

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15D9&SUBSYS_00008086&REV_02\10E648F18700AA0000 was migrated.

Last Device Instance Id: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15D9&SUBSYS_00008086&REV_02\10E648F18700AA0000
Class Guid: {4d36e97d-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Location Path:
Migration Rank: 0x0
Present: true

2. Unknown USB Devices (Device descriptor request failed)

Device Instance path: USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&26E921DF&0&7

BIOS device name: \_SB.PCI0.XHC.RHUB.HS07

Anyone can help to figure what they are, and where to get the driver? I assume it will get the bluethooth back.

Hi:

I'm pretty sure you need this driver for the base system device...I don't believe it will fix the missing Bluetooth issue.

Intel Thunderbolt 3 connection management application and driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96369.exe

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows driver support for the 1st hardware ID you posted...

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with the other issues.
