BUT ...................... i went ahead and bought a new intel 9260 non Vpro m.2 wifi card
and , it worked great , its been 10 min since i installed wifi and bluetooth drivers , so far so good.
no compatibility issues as of yet , i hope it will stay this way.
no lose signal , and i did notice a little faster load and responce times.
thanks to everyone.

Please confirm: what is your machine ? Is it an HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp011dx ? If yes, it does not use realtek 8822be wifi card, it has Intel® 802.11b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo. Its specs

And if YES, please download and install Wifi

Bluetooth

Hi, @Belarus27
Did you try the latest drivers HP has for that model wifi adapter?
They are newer than the ones on your notebook's support page.
That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
Wifi:
2024.0.5.101 Dec 9, 2018

Bluetooth:
