regarding wifi connections

hello my laptop is hp15s and im facing issue with wifi its not connecting to my college wifi but its connecting to my mobile . its telling that  DNS settings for all wifi networks have been set. the settings below wont be use  so if anybody can solve this issue dail me [Personal Information Removed].

May I know the operating system?

Since when are you facing this issue

@GAYA1239  I'm glad to see ur reply. Yeah I made changed earlier due to same reason that wifi is not connected and by contacting HP support a member told to change some settings and I have changed after some days I'm facing same problem and my model is HP15s so if u know anything let me know i hope this information helps you
