Grazie

Hi, Fedele:
You can replace the Intel 3168 AC wifi card with this model...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 802.11AC 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.2 Combo Adapter (non-vPro) HP part # 901229-855.
The Intel 7265 has twice the throughput of the 3168--867 MBPS, vice 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz wifi AC band.
You should be able to find this part number on eBay. Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
You can also buy the card directly from HP...28.17 euros...
HP Parts Store: parti per computer HP, parti per stampanti HP e parti Compaq
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure...

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard (soldered to it).
The only way to upgrade the processor would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.
Such an upgrade would be very expensive (assuming you could even find the parts you need), and it would not be a good return on investment.
