Hi!
Problem description: Anywhere i go any network, i experiace half download speed as upload. Or much slower download than upload. Other clients on same network do not experience this problem.
Tech details: I have a HP EliteBook 840 G5, Win10x64 with intel dual band wireless-ac 8265, i am connecting 2.4 ghz no 5 G available.
Tried solutions: latest HP wireless and intel driver (https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29122/a08/WiFi_21.50.1_Driver64_Win10.exe )
What else can i do, and what more information may you need to help me?

I had a similar problem with my HP Spectre. I solved it by changing the security on my wireless router from "WEP" to "WPA or WPA2". Apparently Microsoft and Intel are getting rid of support for WEP security, and on some Win 10 machines with certain chipsets and drivers the first step in getting rid of WEP is that WEP downloads have become slow. My older devices all worked fine with WEP, it was only my machine that was slow.
