my mouse doesnt work it is only 3 weeks old, it is my understandingb thatb even if it is flat if you plug it in it will be able to used anyway, can't find a user manual anywhere on HP

But if it worked, it is probably a problem either with the mouse or with the pc!
If it was completely discharged, try it if possible with another pc, or another usb port, but let it charge for a while
(although I also think that if plugged in it should work)
