I would like to know which Wi-Fi modules are officially supported on my HP 15-db0369ur laptop? The full list. And which Wi-Fi modules support the 5 GHz network?

There's only one dual band Wi-Fi adapter you can upgrade to and that is this one, since your notebook only comes with one antenna wire and the other supported dual band card (RTL8822CE) would require two antenna wires.

 

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter   HP part # L17365-005
