hello. i have a hp 650 g1 (i5 4300m) laptop. and i keep getting this error pretty often. sometimes the sites load properly, then randomly i try to enter a page and keep getting this, i have to refresh the page several times or reopen google chrome for it to work. can someone figure what could be the problem? i have instaled the network drivers and the other devices that are connected to the router works fine, i don't get this error from neither of them. also the wi fi signal is pretty good and it remains constant. courious if i watch a stream on twitch or a youtube videos it doesn't stop ,buffer or something. it's only when i try to enter the site in the first place. in the left bottom side it says ''establashing secure connection'' as it tries to load the page and finally get the error in the picture. i have tried to turn off windows firewall and same problem with it on or off.
