Product: HP 250 G5 Notebook PC

Hi, I am writing to you because I have a problem with the Wi-Fi connection on my hp laptop. The problem is that my laptop does not search for any available Wi-Fi network and my router works fine on all other devices. All my network card drivers are updated. When I search for a problem using the program, it pops up that windows cannot find the driver the network card. Are you able to help me?
