the wireless setup light does not appear

i was using this printer hp deskjet plus ink advantage  6075 all in one printer to print using network.  Now move to new place switched on the printer but the wirelees setup light does not appear for to do a new setup. how to reset the printer. i tried holding the button on the back of the printer but it does not reset.

Restore the printer to the original network settings

• On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds

Setup the printer using the HP Smart app:- Click here
