Hi, Tim:

There is no such driver.  W8/W8.1 and W10 are not supported on that model.

You would have to hope that the W7 driver works...

This driver installer package contains the Qualcomm Gobi2000 Drivers for the HP un2420 Mobile Broadband Module in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Ran it as is and did not work.

Ran it in Troubleshoot Compatability mode and worked like a charm.

Hi Tim,I have the same problem.my notebook does not install the drivers on a Win 10 Enterprise.

As there are missing drivers I do not have the wwna module anymore..

I once used my sim card for connection on a Win 7>.

Please if there is anyone who can help me on how to use my sim card again for connectivity.
