unable to connect to this network

Hey,

My Notebook has been running really slow and not connecting to the internet, I dont hold much stuff on the notebook mainly used for work, so I factory reset hoping this would resolve the issue, unfortunately not, I have been reading the forums but can not find any information abut this that is current.

any help, suggestions would be very much appreciated

Hey, Thanks again for your prompt reply although i am not fully understanding it 

the links I cant use as I am working of my partners acer (as i cant get online, Yet 🙂 ) The second link looked good as that was find the driver but again I can not use this to assist.

I have download the driver and vis usb added it to the HP notebook but nothing seems to happen/start

The problem is with no ID on the network adapter.
