Product: HP DeskJet 2842e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Unable to connect printer to wi-fi after attempting to connecting with wi-fi direct, I attempted to reset printer by pressing cancel and wi-fi buttons on the printer simultaneously. The power blinked, the wi-fi button continuously blinked. However, when I used the 'Smart' application to attempt the wi-fi connection, I noticed that the connection was being attempted by using the wi-fi Direct protocol. I suspect the problem not being able to reset the printer for the wi-fi connection. Any help will be appreciated.
