See if this bluetooth driver installs that device.

2nd file on the list on the left side of the webpage.

If it doesn't unfortunately, I won't be able to help you with that problem.

Paul,
Thank you for your prompt reply and help, the link you provided did load the correct USB Controller driver however my USB Ports fail to recognize the USB devices when plugged in. It appears to be a power problem, I now see 4 new Unknown Device conflicts in the Device Manager all dealing with ACPI and suspect this may be the problem. I have listed the driver details below. I have looked online for drivers without success and again would appreciate any help or advice you can provide.

Best Regards,
Jevis
.
Conflict driver details, 1 and 2 are a duplicate in the device manager.

(2)  ACPI\80860F41

(3)  ACPI\HPQ6007

You're very welcome, @Jevis .

I will need to know the full model number or product number of your PC to see if I can find the other drivers you need.

There may be a very good chance I will not be able to.   Some of those odd ball devices only work on W8.1 and W10.

But here is the driver for the 6007 device...

Receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and automatically parks the hard drive to reduce the risk of damage if the PC is accidentally dropped.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77869.exe

I also suggest you install the latest chipset driver directly from Intel and restart the PC.

The auto install file is the second one down on the left side of the page.

@Paul_Tikkanen,

Thank you, I apologize  for not previously giving you the model number and OS information.  The model is HP 11-n010dx running Win-7 Professional. The last two software links you provided did eliminate one of the Unknown Device conflicts but I still have the two ACPI\80860F41 and the one ACPI\INT33D6 with no connection to the UPS ports.

Regards,

Jevis

I cannot find any W7 drivers for either of those devices.

Suggest you try the W8.1 drivers and try manually installing them if the auto install method doesn't work.

ACPI\80860F41

This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Serial IO Drivers to be used with supported notebook models that are running a supported operation system. Intel Serial IO Bus Drivers software stack provides drivers for these IO modules to control the serial interfaces and sensors that are connected in the Intel Serial IO buses.

ACPI\INT33D6

This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Virtual Buttons to be used with supported notebook models that are running a supported operation system. Intel Virtual Buttons software allows the virtual buttons to adjust correctly when the screen rotation of the tablet is changed after the system is connected to or disconnected from the docking base. Intel Virtual Buttons also communicates button or indicator state changes to the operating system.

Paul,

I was able to to get the USB working (2.0 only) by going in to USB Hub power setting in Device Manager and uchecking the managed power setting. As you previously stated some of the features (Touch Screen and 3.0 USB) on the HP 11-n010dx may not be available when downgrading to Win 7. I think this is the reason I am getting the listed conflics. The USB drivers you provided were a tremendous help in getting the USB working and I will ignore the  conflics for the missing features.

Thank You,

Jevis
