If you installed W10 32 bit, the only other suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 32 bit chipset driver directly from AMD.

Restart the PC after installing the driver...1st one on the list...

Hi:

Please post the hardware ID's for the devices.  Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device.

ACPI\VEN_ASD&DEV_0001 and ACPI\VEN_SMB&DEV_0001

does that help?

HP Recommended

Sure does.

For the ACPI\VEN_SMB&DEV_0001, you need this driver...

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91721.exe

For the ACPI\VEN_ASD&DEV_0001, I have zipped up and attached the driver you need, below.

Download, and unzip the file to its folder.  Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager, click on the ACPI\VEN_ASD&DEV_0001 needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.   Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

Please do not post the serial number.

I don't know why the second driver didn't work...here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows support for the hardware ID you posted....

[Manufacturer]
%AMD%=AMD,NTX86.6.2,NTamd64.6.2

[AMD.NTX86.6.2]
; DisplayName         Section           DeviceId
; -----------         -------           --------
%AmdAS4.DeviceDesc% = AmdAS4,ACPI\ASD0001

[AMD.NTamd64.6.2]
; DisplayName         Section           DeviceId
; -----------         -------           --------
%AmdAS4.DeviceDesc% = AmdAS4,ACPI\ASD0001

the model number is 15cd067ca.  I changed it to a 32 bit when I got it, everything was great.  Just after this format that this happened.  When I tried to install the first driver, it said I already had it, so I said yes to override.  The zip one said it couldn't find driver in the file.  And I'm afraid I don't understand that info you have there lol.

OK, try this driver for the ACPI\VEN_SMB&DEV_0001:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80501-81000/sp80653.exe

I have zipped up and attached below a different (newer) version of the  ACPI\VEN_ASD&DEV_0001 driver, below.
