Hi @Lalit4266,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are experiencing a sound interruption while playing videos on your HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC using a Bluetooth device, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Update Bluetooth drivers: Ensure that your laptop has the latest Bluetooth drivers installed. You can visit the HP support website and search for your specific laptop model to download and install the latest drivers.
  • Update video and audio drivers: Outdated or incompatible video and audio drivers can sometimes cause sound issues. Visit the HP support website and check for any available updates for your graphics and audio drivers.
  • Check Bluetooth connection: Ensure that the Bluetooth connection between your laptop and the Bluetooth device is stable. Make sure there are no physical obstructions between the devices and try moving them closer to each other.
  • Disable other Bluetooth devices: If you have multiple Bluetooth devices connected to your laptop, try disconnecting or turning off the ones you are not using. Sometimes, conflicts between different Bluetooth devices can cause audio interruptions.
  • Adjust power settings: Open the Power Options on your laptop and make sure that the power settings are not set to conserve power for the Bluetooth adapter. Select the High Performance or Balanced power plan to ensure maximum performance.
  • Clear Bluetooth cache: Clearing the Bluetooth cache on your laptop can sometimes resolve connectivity issues. Open the Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth section, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select "Uninstall device." Restart your laptop, and Windows will reinstall the Bluetooth drivers automatically.
  • Test with different Bluetooth devices: If possible, try connecting your laptop to different Bluetooth devices and see if the audio interruptions persist. This will help determine if the issue is specific to the Bluetooth device or the laptop.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
