Product: HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

I'm trying to reconnect a HP DJ 2742e printer to the internet AND my wifi network and am lost -- I've tried connecting thru the HP app process and was not successful. My printer's control panel shows the Wifi Direct Status Icon blinking, and I don't know why. HELP!
