Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 802.11b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 5 Combo drive installed on the PC.

However, 2x2 refers to the number of transmit and receive radio chains built into the Wi-Fi card. 2x2 means it has two transmit and two receive radio chains and usually implies that it supports 2 "special streams", which is a key way that 802.11n is faster than the previous generation of Wi-Fi technologies.

HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
