Hi:
When the wifi adapter is missing a driver, Windows labels it as a Network Controller, and it will have a little ! mark next to it.
Go to the device manager, find the Network Controller device, and post the hardware ID for it.
Then I will post the link to the wifi driver you need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...
https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/
If you do not see any devices in the device manager that need drivers, such as a Network Controller, install this software, restart the PC, and see if you can turn on the wifi by using the software controls in the connection manager software.
This package provides the HP Connection Manager for the supportednotebook models and operating systems.

You're very welcome.
Your screenshot shows that you have the correct wifi driver installed.
If you can't turn the wifi on with the HP connection manager, unfortunately I don't know what the issue could be.
The status shows disabled, and it shouldn't.
You may want to check to ensure the Ralink wifi adapter is enabled in the BIOS.
You may want to check to make sure the wifi button that turns on the wifi is on.
You may have pressed the button and turned the wifi off inadvertently.
See the user guide below, chapter 2, pages 7 & 8 for the location of the wireless button control.
