The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c03743552
It has Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter part # 690020-001. No Windows 10 drivers for your machine
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-ENVY-m6-Notebook-PC-series/5330543/model/5379266
Please try
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71571.exe
Many users have to replace the wifi adapter itself or use USB adapter.
Regards.

i have installed this driver and restarted twice, even though no luck.
In the device manager under the network adapters the wifi driver is not showing up, for bluetooth device activated the show hidden devices, the bluetooth driver shows in a faded icon- tried to update it but it says already its updated.
Under the network and sharing center in control panel- tried the change adapter options once opened the window is empty not even any network connection icon is showing up.
please help!
