The card has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band with an AC router and an excellent signal.

You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express. 

I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.

You can buy faster USB wifi adapters.

Personally, I would rather use an internal card.

I have two HP notebooks with the RTL8821CE wifi card and they both work fine with it.

If you want a faster USB wifi adapter, you need to get one that is rated AC1200 or better.

AC600 would be the same as the RTL8821CE's throughput.

Here is a search on Amazon for AC1200 USB Wi-Fi adapters. 

Pick the one that has the best reviews and value for the money.

Some will be larger in size than others, and have large antennas, while others will be very compact.
