Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1018nt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

wifi device sometimes gives error code 10 and sometimes error code 43. I did everything I saw on the internet forums: I disabled wifi, I opened it, I deleted and installed the drivers, I even formatted the computer. But it still didn't get better. It passed all tests when I ran a comprehensive diagnostic test on the bios. It also passed when I did the wireless network adapter test. What is the problem caused by?

Please check windows <device manager>

- Open <network adapters>

- Send screenshot
