Hi @Surender6

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I am sorry for the frustration you are facing with the Wi‑Fi on your HP Pavilion 15‑eg1000 repeatedly disabling. I understand how disruptive it feels when the connection keeps dropping even though you expect a smooth experience. I appreciate the effort you’ve already made in observing the issue and trying to keep the system running.

Here are steps you can try to stabilize the Wi‑Fi on Windows 11:

Step 1: Update Wireless Drivers

Step 2: Adjust Power Management Settings

  • In Device Manager, right‑click your Wi‑Fi adapter > Properties.
  • Go to the Power Management tab.
  • Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.”

Step 3: Reset Network Settings

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings.
  • Select “Network reset.”
  • Restart your laptop and reconnect to Wi‑Fi.

Step 4: Run Diagnose & Fix in HP App

  • Open the HP App from the Microsoft Store.
  • Select your laptop > Device Settings > Diagnose & Fix.
  • Run the scan to automatically detect and resolve wireless connectivity issues.

Step 5: Test Router Band and Channel

  • If your router supports dual‑band, connect to the 5 GHz network instead of 2.4 GHz.
  • Log into your router settings and change the Wi‑Fi channel to reduce interference.

Step 6: Windows Updates

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update.
  • Install any pending updates, as they may include fixes for wireless drivers.

These steps should help prevent the Wi‑Fi from disabling repeatedly and restore a stable connection.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
