Hi,
My laptop has the following product number: XT988UT#ABA, in case it helps.
It worked like a charm until a few days before. Suddenly it stopped connecting to internet by wifi. Still it can connect by cable.
Despite I click on the wifi key, it doesn't enable wifi, and stays with the yellow light on. Before, when it worked correctly, after one click it changed the yellow to blue light, in less than a second.
Do you have any idea what is the cause, please ?
Thank you and best regards,
Sabin

Hi,
Unfortunately, after just one day it happened again 🤔. The light became yellow, and can be switched to blue.
I check my drivers, and they look this way:
I checked the warning related to PCI, which says: Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_1413103C&REV_06\3&b1bfb68&0&B0 requires further installation. If I try to reinstall, I got the message: "Windows was unable to install your PCI simple communication controller".
Do you have any recommendation, please ?
Best regards,
Sabin
