That is a Realtek RT5390 pcie wifi adapter with single band 2.4GHz.
To upgrade internally you will have to make certain that the candidate wifi PCIe adapter requires only a 1x1 antenna.
ASUS makes a number of usb dongles that are dual band and simultaneous R/T.

the simplest method would be to purchase and use a usb wifi dongle that is capable of dual band 2.4\5 Ghz.
If you do not see SSID for a known 5GHz router as available then your installed adapter is unlikely to be dual band capable.
Which PCIe adapter is installed in your probook 4540s?
You can use the BIOS -->system information tab to get the FCC id for the adapter. Post it here please.
