when I turn on Bluetooth and connect my Bluetooth mouse, wifi disconnects and not working till Bluetooth turns off
I try updating driver and all drivers are up to date, and I changed power saving settings to maximum performance but still the problem not solved.
network adapter is Realtek rtl8821ce

Hi! @SadQ,
Are you able to connect to the wireless network?
Try updating the wireless drivers and BIOS on the PC to the latest version.
Update the BIOS using this link. Click Here

If you still have issues try the steps recommended below.
Restart your modem or WiFi adapter
Turn on the Network or wireless icon in Settings
Step 1: Open Start menu, click Settings icon to open the Settings app. The Windows logo + I keyboard shortcut can also be used to open Settings.
Step 2: Click System icon. Click Notifications & actions.
Step 3: Click Turn system icons on or off.
Step 4: Check the status of the Network icon, and turn it on.
Step 5: Click the Back arrow to go back to Notifications & actions. Click Select which icons appear on the taskbar.
Step 6: Check if the Network is turned off, and turn on the same if it’s off.
Reset TCP connection
Right-click on the Start Menu button and open Command Prompt (Admin)
Enter the following lines and press Enter after entering each one:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
Now enter this command to to verify that previous functions were disabled:
netsh int tcp show global
Close the Command Prompt window.
Run Windows Networking Troubleshooter
Go to Search and type troubleshoot. Choose Troubleshoot from the menu.
Select Network Adapter and click Run the troubleshooter.
Follow on-screen instructions.
Also, try the steps recommended below.
Disable your network adapter power saving setting
1) On your laptop, press the Windows logo key and R on your keyboard to open the Run box. Then type “ncpa.cpl” and press Enter.
2) Right click your Wireless/WiFi network adapter, then click Properties.
3) Click the Configure button.
4) Select the Power Management tab, make sure Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power is not checked, and then click OK.

yes I can connect to any wireless network but when I turn on Bluetooth, wifi does not work
I tried all the instructions you wrote here but the problem not solved
I need to use my laptop when Bluetooth mouse is connected and wifi connected but I cant🤦♂️🤦♂️

Thanks for the update.
As the issue still persists after trying out all the steps. Try performing a complete system reset on the PC.
