Hi:

Your notebook can't possibly have two Wi-Fi cards installed.

The first ID makes more sense as to what model Wi-Fi adapter came with your notebook--the Intel 3160 AC which was contemporary to that model series.

The second ID you posted is for a much older Intel WiFi Link 5100 wireless adapter which would not have come with your notebook.

For the pci\ven_8086&dev_08b3, you need this W7 driver:

For the pci\ven_8086&dev_423c, you can try this driver from the older model HP 6930p notebook in hope that it works.
