Hi @rajesh0722,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!
To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?
Meanwhile, you can try these steps:
Restart the Router and Modem:
- Turn off your router and modem, wait for 30 seconds, and then turn them back on to refresh the network connection.
Check Wi-Fi Settings:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to the correct network.
- If the Wi-Fi icon is missing or shows disconnection, check for any physical Wi-Fi switch on your laptop and ensure it is turned on.
- Go to the Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings. Right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and ensure it is enabled.
Run the Network Troubleshooter:
- Open the Start menu and type "Troubleshoot settings." Select the option "Network Adapter" and follow the on-screen instructions to diagnose and fix network issues.
Update or Reinstall Wireless Network Drivers:
- Visit the HP Support website at HP Driver and Software Downloads to find and install the latest wireless network drivers for your laptop model.
Check for Interference:
- Move closer to the router to ensure a stronger signal. Ensure there are no physical obstructions like walls or electronic devices between your laptop and the router.
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!
Best regards,
