wifi is turned off    can not turn back on   have reset network and computer  still nothing

First make sure the WiFi card shows up in your devices, first click start then search control panel and open it, then click hardware and sound, then click device manager, then look for network adapters and click it, make sure something like WiFi adapter or WLAN shows up if it does then the computer knows it has a WiFi card! If it doesn’t I have no idea 🤣 after you make sure it sees the adapter click the WiFi icon

 it’s the one with the bars 

then click open network and sharing center

 once it opens click set up a new connection or network

 click connect to the internet

 click wireless

 find your network and sign in and you will be connected to the internet!!!
