Dear Paul, please be informed that finaly I could solve the problem with booting laptop from USB flash drive!

The reason was quite banal-file system on flash drive! It was NTFS, but it should be FAT 32! So, I'm very appreciated you for your good support and wishing you hapiness!  Kind Regards! =Alexander=
