I see in a previous post that you had installed Windows 7 on a Pavilion g6 -2204si laptop, Is this the same device? Indicated in the OS title as Windows 10 now?

I would recommend finding a driver for Windows 10 directly from the manufacturer. Go to Device Manager and get the hardware id for the device ( the bluetooth device and the wireless adapter) and then search for the correct driver. Some devices are having problems with drivers and Windows 10.
