my laptop one of a sudden stopped completely discovering any wifi network or even hotspots

i have done the network reset as well as uninstall the driver and install it back

now i have the driver with with exclamation mark yellow triangle, the thing is also when i do restart i can see the flight mode is active and i can't  deactivated, the network statue shows nothing jut a line there.

i can't change any setting from the network setting lik hotspot, aire mode or wireless.

i need an answer urgent please, im a key-worker working from home and have lots to do.

I understand that you are facing issues with wireless connectivity.

I have a few steps to resolve the issue:  

  • Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using an Ethernet cable (Wired) and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link  

  • Update the bios by visiting this link or through support assistant using an Ethernet cable.  

  • Now try to connect to the internet wireless.    

 

The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter: 

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
