What about this:

Download, save & install. After completing installation, restart system, check.

Reinstall Windows, Download and install drivers from your link , reboot - nothing has changed.

Try manually installing the drivers from the amd file I posted.

The reason I didn't give you the HP driver is because I disassembled it and there are no driver files in there for the AMD Radeon HD 8610G.

If you disassemble the driver directly from amd, it has the ID's for both GPUs in the setup information file.

To do that, click on each adapter one at a time.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on update driver.  Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the AMD driver folder that was created when you ran the exe file.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.  Do for both.

When I try to update manually - writes: Windows is determined that the drivers for the device does not need to be updated.

Reinstall driver from folder:

And nothing has changed:

At this point, I would contact HP technical support and file a support case under the warranty.

None of the 5 graphics drivers on the support page have the driver files you need apparently and the generic AMD driver doesn't seem to work either.

As a last resort, you can try the AMD graphics driver from a business notebook which has similar graphics hardware.

I doubt it will work, but you may as well try it before calling HP.
