Can i connect 2 external monitors on HP ProBook 430 (H6E31EA) using HDMI for 1 monitor and VGA for second one. Laptop screen can be off.

You can connect 2 monitors to your computer.  I am sending you some documentation for your consideration "HP Desktop PCs - Using Two or More Monitors with One Computer (Windows 😎" click here.    HP Notebook PCs - Connecting More Than Two Monitors with AMD Eyefinity Technology  click here. I am  also including a Microsoft document on Multiple Display Monitors  click here. I hope this helps.
