Hello,

 

My Keyboard on my 2 in 1 laptop is not working, but the touch screen laptop is working. Any suggestions as to what I can do about it ?

I read your post on the HP Support Forums and wanted to reach out to you. I seen you are having an issue with the keyboard not working correctly. Here is some troubleshooting steps that should help. Mine was fixed by just uninstalling the keyboard and restarting the Notebook.
