Product: hplaptop N7J9EA#ABU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Several programs I have will not run is it possible to install a 32bit  operating  system on this laptop to run them?

Hi:

 

Is this the model you have?  I think you left out one of the characters of the product number.

You should be able to install W10 32 bit, but you will need to get some of the 32 bit drivers directly from the hardware manufactuer's websites.

 

Some of the 64 bit driver files from your notebook's support page should also work, but not the audio and graphics.
