4 External Monitors with Zbook Firefly 15 G7?

I want to use 4 monitors and have my laptop closed and stowed away. I am using a Zbook Firefly 15 G7, a Thunderbolt  G2 and a Thunderbolt G3, both plugged in via USB-C. My laptop recognizes all 4 monitors, but will only connect 3 at a time. Everything I read says it will support 4.What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps I wasn't clear. I have all of the hardware in place. All 4 monitors are recognized by my notebook using the two docks I mentioned before. Two are plugged into the G2 Dock using 1 Analog and 1 Display Port, and two are plugged into the G3, both using Display Ports. The monitors show up in Display Properties, but only 3 will connect. When I try to manually connect the 4th, it disconnects one of  the other three.

Page 1 of the manual has a list of number of monitors supported

You can not get more than total resolution available when you activate the 4th monitor, that explains one will drop.

So the Manual says:

Supports maximum of three independent displays when on the HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2; Max
resolution = 2.5 K @ 60 Hz and 2.5 K @ 60 Hz
Supports maximum of three independent displays when on the HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2; Max
resolution = 2.5 K @ 60 Hz and 2.5 K @ 60 H

Can I not run all 4 monitors at  1920x1080 if I am running TWO Thunderbolt docks?

at page 3 are written some information:

just using the Thunderbolt Dock G2

if the graphics card is Intel = MAx 3 monitor

if Graphics card is Nvidia = Max 4 monitor

then read the notes. one of them says:

Up to four (4) displays may be active on the HP Thunderbolt™ Dock G2 dock. When one Thunderbolt™ 3 Type-C® ports on the HP ZBook is used for display output, up to three (3) displays may be active on the HP Thunderbolt™ Dock G2.
