I think it's a problem from a firmware, but I don't sure and I don't know how to fix touchscreen firmware. Someone help me, please!

Hi Thiet,

I would reload the factory BIOS settings to the default setup. That should helps fix the resolution. Also, make sure you are set to recommended display settings under the advanced display settings. The voltage is a range on the laptop. Just make sure on the AC power adapter that it is within your range for your country.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Hi Thiet,

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your HP ENVY 15t-j000 and Touchscreen not working correctly. Here is a link to perform a hardware test.

Here is a fix from Microsoft to resolve the Touchscreen.

The touchscreen shouldn't need recalibration, but if you or another user has recalibrate it, it may affect the performance of the touchscreen.

Here's how to check or restore the factory default calibration using a keyboard or mouse:
Step 1: Press the Windows logo key Windows logo key + S to open Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search Search charm.)
Step 2:Type Control Panel, then use the arrow keys to highlight Control Panel, and press Enter.
(Or, click Control Panel.)
Step 3:In Control Panel, use the arrow keys to highlight Hardware and Sound and press Enter.
(Or, click Hardware and Sound.)
Step 4:Under Tablet PC Settings use the arrow keys to highlight Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input, and press Enter.
(Or, click Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input.)
Step 5:Use the Tab key to select the Reset button, and press Enter.
If the Reset button is grayed out, your Surface touch calibration is still at factory settings and you can move to Solution 3.
Step 6:Use the Tab key to select Yes, press Enter, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
(Or, click Yes, and then follow the instructions on the screen.)
Step 7:After Surface removes recalibration data, test touch input again.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Hummmmm......... I have followed this intruction, but it didn't work. Now, I will send for you more infomations: My country only use 2-pin sockets while this model uses 3-pin sockets. I updated the lastest version of BIOS and Firmware. I think this Model Adapter don't support 2-pin sockets and maybe this problem derived from it. Because sometime, I use touchscreen normally with battery, and then, I connect the Adapter into the socket, and...............Oh No! It DEAD again! :Crying:
But I'm NOT sure because I don't good at this field. So I really need your suggestion! Thank you very much!!!
