When i have any received email and it has attachment in word format and when I save it on my PC it comes in WordPad, and when I tried to solve the problem through HP site i got the error code: 0x8007007B.

Please advice what to do?

Still didn't work and all microsoft office word file it save in wordpad or it will be corrupted.

Try Driver Easy may detect and download the correct driver.
