Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't install driver for AMD Audio CoProcessor properly (yellow exclamation mark in the Device Manager). Packet from AMD (radeon-software): after all installtions got a reply that the installed driver had been replaced by Windows. Packet from HP (AMD High Definition Graphic Driver): got a message that "the driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.14393)".

Hi:

 

I got around the same problem by installing the chipset and graphics drivers directly from AMD.

 

I used the auto detect software.

 

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

 

If you choose to do this, Windows will try to automatically install the older graphics driver, so after you install the drivers from AMD, run the Hide Windows Update utility that I zipped up and attached below to prevent the older Windows Update AMD graphics driver from installing.
