Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I Have tried to install the driver for AMDUSB30\ROOT_HUB30&VID_1022&PID_7814

I Have used every single driver from HP, Driver Identifier, others

It still show as unknown device

Anu help please?

Please download install the amd chipset driver and reboot.

Please reply to this post with complete Model and Product Number of your Notebook
