Hello.
I am planning to buy a HP Probook 450 G4 with 256 GB SSD and Nvidia Geforce 930mx. How is the laptop?
Also I am from Melbourne and I visited to Landmark computers and they re giving me on less price than on the HP online Store and I am afraid that if they sell me refurbished piece or not. How can I indentify if the product is refurbished of not while buying? and Are they official retailer for HP?
Looking forward to hear soon.
Thank You

Hello @dipeen749
Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum.
You have made an excellent choice - this is a great business class (commerical class) device. I am sure you will like it.
I do not live in Australia and I cannot comment on local resellers but you can look here for official resellers and partners lists:

Landmark Computers Australia may be good - I have no idea.
The PC it comes with lots of modifications and variants >> https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c05273411
Users can select their own choice while ordering online from HP official store. Y
Probably this is the reason for the procie difference - the one in store cannot be configured unlikely the ones from the HP site - these in the stores are already a selected choice and will be sold this way.
If someone wants to fake you, there are lots of ways. However, here are some tips: the PC should look like new and the original package should not be opened and should not be interfered with. Additionally, when you start the PC for the first time, the OS should not be completely installed/configured and you should be prompted. If you could order it from HP directly, I believe this would be the best choice in my opinion. I strongly recommend you choose Windows 10 Pro, too
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions or if you face difficulties.
