Hi 

 

While I'm trying to open folders in my external hard disk receiving "access denied" message

 

I used to have HP security - finger unlocking program in my computer.

After I opened my compouter I could work on my laptop folders

but if I insert a external disk,  it was asking each 15 minutes to unlock for access

 

Therefore I removed the program today ...At that time hard disk was inserted in my computer and could work w/o any access requirment. 

 

However after removed I can not open it anymore. I tried to re-start bu it did not work
