Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to play a DVD on my notebook but I can't because I don't know where my activation code is. I also don't have the internet. How can I find my activation code and play DVD's on my notebook?

Sorry, but we here have no access to any activation codes, so we can't help you.

 

You will have to contact HP Customer Support directly to see if they can help.
