System disabled. Admin password...dad forgot

Hello DavidPK; Please I have similar issue on HP Stream 11. I didn't set PoP/admin password but it keeps popping up whenever I power the laptop on. After my third attempt, I got system disabled code [i 58986965]. Kindly help me out. Regards

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
