After upgrading to windows 10, hp dv7 remote control not working

Hi guys!

I have a HP DV7 3180 US that I upgraded to windows 10.  I have 3 base system devices that are listed as unable to find drivers for them.  I assume one of them is the one that allows me to use my remote control, as it now does not work. I have been unable to find a windows 10 driver, or anything that may help me solve the problem.  I tried to have HP scan my computer and update any drivers, but of course that just failed multiple times.

You need this driver for the base system devices...

This package contains the JMicron Card Reader driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

File name: sp45010.exe

You may need this driver for the IR remote...

This package contains the ENE CIR Receiver Driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

File name: sp44983.exe
